It's a long process, but you will feel cared for at every step.

- After each interview/step, you have a debrief call with the People & Talent team
- discussion are casual; you can ask questions

Once you've passed the difficult technical test, you chat casually with engineers to learn more about your life and hobbies.
Applied on Otta followed by talent team call.
Initial behavioural questions with would be manager.
Take home tech exercise followed by walk through and collaborative session with 2 engineering leads
Then a final short values based interview with two members of the data team and one with the CTO
