Phone Screen and two In person Interviews showing where i could enhance Operation IT's recruiting efforts by supporting 4 very specialized areas of technology. Each area I will oversee professional recruiters with years of experience identifying, screening and recruiting IT professionals from within their respective domains. With this rigorous and proven recruitment method along one of the largest membership networks, My teams goal is to identify highly sought and skilled technical professionals at all levels of an IT organization. Experience in sourcing IT resources on a contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire basis.

The hiring process went very smoothly in the beginning. I spoke with the Global Sourcing Director then the VP of business Development. I spoke to the Sourcing Director on the phone then met him in-person, then met with the VP in person as well. They seemed very nice and wanted to move forward fast, but I could tell there was something that wasn't being told. Sometimes you can get a gut feeling that there is something being hidden; this was one of those times.
