Hey, thanks so much for the feedback, and I do personally apologise for any inconvenience caused in the process.
Creating a strong candidate experience means the world to us, and I'm upset to hear this was not the case in your experience. It's a big focus for us, and something we're continuing to invest even more time & energy into moving forward.
Personally, whilst disappointing, I really value hearing feedback like this. Gives us the opportunity to stop, assess how we're doing things, and tweak the approach to provide a better experience for all.
