I submitted my CV through my university portal and got a call a week later from an HR. We spoke a bit of my background (it was an easy and informal talk£, and then I was asked to prepare and submit a document where I'd put down some ideas regarding: 1)potential social media campaign for the market I applied for 2)offline marketing campaign for same market 3)key opinion leader campaign I was then asked for a f2f interview with the Marketing Manager of my market (teams are divided geographically) - which was a again an informal chat over Skype due to unavailability for f2f. Final stage was meeting the Head of Marketing Europe, again an informal chat over background and ideas for the company - it was the only "negative" part of the whole process as this guy clearly thinks the world of himself and was there to criticize only - never had such type of chat.
