Very simple. Got hired on the spot after they asked me a few questions such as my education, work history and goals with and without the company. After the process, I was asked to return the following day to begin.

Interview
Sat outside the restaurant, talked about experience, veganism, and schheduling. Just be yourself unless you're not vegan, they might not hire you, which kind of sucks but its just what they believe is good for the restaurant.
