There were 6 rounds of interview in total. They made me come to office 3 times to attend interviews and in the end HR said the feedback was not good. I've to come from my hometown to attend interviews and they should understand and keep the interview process smooth. They should give the feedback after every interview and if they find a candidate not fit, they should halt the interview process in the same round. I feel the work culture is toxic when I visited office as the employees were under observation by manager round the clock, this is beyond micromanagement.
