Very relaxed and on Webex. Only a few general questions were asked. Answered all my questions. Said I was qualified for the job. Basically hired on the spot. Receive offer letter 2-3 business days later. Interviewed for the Critical Care Fellowship.
Very easy, they ask typical interview questions. “Great strength” “greatest weakness” “biggest accomplishment” etc. you hear back very quickly and the interview is fair. I was not nervous or intimidated.
