Interview
(initial interview) It was very light. If you have no experience with BPO or Call Center, they will only ask 3 questions: How would you handle tension with teammates, how do you handle pressure, what will you do with an irate customer. Sort your ideas and don't speak fast.
If you are experienced, you will get more questions regarding your background.
The interview process involves confirming attendance, joining a scheduled virtual session, showcasing your skills and personality, engaging with the team, completing a task, and progressing based on your performance and fit.
