The interview process was good. I got to learn a lot from the interviewers. The first round 1/2 an hour was a discussion with the Director of Engineering Operations. The second round was a detailed technical round for about an hour with a panel of 2 interviewers. The third round was a peer-2-peer coding round where I need to create an idea and write the code for it and also assigning some part of the code to the interviewers. The fourth round was with the Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition After all these interview rounds there is no response from the Recruiter. Followed up on the results for around a month but was kept in dark by the recruiter for the first 15 days and then she stopped replying and answering calls
