I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at O'Reilly Auto Parts (Puyallup, WA) in Sept 2016
Interview
The interview process is very simple and relaxed. A lot of it is just the manager trying to get a feel for you and determine if you'd be a good fit.
There is a timed test to make sure you can properly read part numbers, as most of your job relies on being able to find and pull parts by these numbers.
Generally they have a 2 interview setup. 1 with the store manager, and then another with the manager of another store or with the district manager. I got lucky and skipped the second interview because none of them were available.

Interview
