Interview
Standard interview process including phone interview multi person panel, and multiple 1:1 interviews. After the phone interview you are required to take a personality test online before coming in. The 1:1 interviews are all in a row meeting with the management team.

Interview
Interview was done by 3 individuals, the owner, a sales manager and a sales rep. The interview was very laid back. There seemed to be no real agenda, other than determining how I would fit into the culture.
