Interview
I was interviewed by all Executive leaders, COO, CEO, Chairman/Founder. The process was quick and easy with 4 steps. Initial intro call for possible fit, Cultural fit interview relating to core values, and a "sales" deeper dive interview. The last step was a presentation around a client and utilization of the platform. Whole process was about 2 weeks and it's not everyday you see executive leadership be so personable and open. The process was very smooth and the team here was very personable.

Interview
I was offered what I would call an email interview where I was asked 5 questions about my work style and experience. I spent around 30 minutes providing thoughtful answers, essentially what you would expect on a phone screening. Received a generic rejection email with 0 feedback. If this company treats candidates like they do employees (numbers to extract things from) then I'm glad I found this out well before a start date.

Interview
Third party recruiter reached out with very general behavioral questions. After responding to the initial questionnaire, I was given a link to schedule a virtual interview.
The following week, the interview was cancelled with no prior warning 10 minutes before the scheduled interview. After reaching out to confirm the cancellation, responsibility/blame for failing to communicate this cancellation was pushed to the third party recruiter. Reasoning for the cancellation was stated to be that 'all positions had been filled'.
Overall, the process was a negative experience. Additionally, multiple typos were found on the website while researching the company and various bugs were experienced when attempting to create a profile on their android mobile application (25+ browser tabs forcefully opened by application and email signup was intermittently inoperable).
