Met with 2 TPM's and a founder, and the whole process felt like more of a "fun chat" than an interview. Their questions were all good lead-in questions that allowed me to describe my experience and qualifications.

The pipeline was first a technical phone screen, then a day of onsite interviews with relevant future coworkers, then an onsite with a founder. Quick and efficient email interaction with a recruiter between each of these stages. After the interview process was over the recruiter was very helpful in answering any questions regarding the company. I was quite pleased with the caliber of interviewers and their behavior towards me as a candidate. They were primarily interested in understanding how I approach problems and what previous work I had done that was relevant.
