I sat down with the representative from Nulton, the warden, and the current forensic counselor. They each took turns asking scenario-style questions. The interview was somewhat extensive, and the warden monopolized the discussion. I think the interview went well but you can tell within minutes whether they think you're a viable candidate or not. Which is fine, the only thing I really disliked is that they do not tell you you were not chosen. I called to follow up two weeks after the interview, and my call was ignored so I left a message. My message was never returned. It seems slightly unprofessional to not inform candidates of a rejection. I would have liked the opportunity to receive feedback so I could do better in the future.
