Step 1. Resume shortlising.
Step 2 . Initial screening round : where your previous experience related questions will be asked and your motivation to work for this role will be checked. More of HR round.
Step 3. You will be given resources to study and understand the product and a brief description of the products will be given to you.
Note this is the technical round and most important round. You will be given sometime to prepare and after this a further round will be conducted purely to check your understanding of the technical aspect and your sales capability. Can be asked to give a sales demo.
Step 4. If you pass the above round you will have a final round with the CEO/ COO . The interview questions will be more related to your profile ,past experiences and understanding you as a person and if you are the right fit to the team .
