After arriving, they somehow didn't remember that they scheduled an interview with me. 4 Disgruntled engineers were dragged away from whatever they were working on, not knowing they'd be interviewing me and this energy carried on into the interview. They didn't have my resume or know what I was applying for so I had to fill them in. After the initial grilling I was toured around by an older much more chill engineer and had some good discussions. They ended up ghosting me and I never heard a thing from them. The 4 guys were definitely not impressed with me and were noticeably upset that I was wasting their time by having the audacity to show up to an interview their company scheduled.

One interview. Super chill manager who did not ask any technical questions. Took about 30 minutes and got results within two weeks. In the middle of nowhere in Ohio where they recycle aluminum.
