It was more experiential/setting focused. Not a Q&A setting, or rather the answers to questions were more focused on the tone and style of the reply rather than the substance or content of the answer. The work is with a myriad of clients and therefore I had to build value around myself in order to get the job; much the same as the role requires daily.
