Interview
Several interviews with the recruiter, financial advisor/campus recruiter, then with the district manager. Very easy questions asking you to tell about yourself, campus involvement, and why you want to work there, how you overcame failures, what you like to do for fun and what interests you have.
It was a quick setup to get the first interview. Then there are two more interviews that took longer to set up and extended the hiring process. They are very nice though.
