Met a recruiter at a career fair. There were three main phases of the interview. First, they asked questions regarding your character and beliefs. Culture is a big thing with this company. The second and third ask you to do a marketing survey to determine whether or not you have enough support around you in order to be successful.

Was told about the program and how I would need to get certified to sell life insurance in order to participate in the program. The interviewer was laid back and relaxed. It was a group interview.

Three rounds with calls with the head of hiring and with the head of the department, all behavioral questions were asked at each round to get to know you and your network

It’s a three round interview, but it really more about getting to know you as a person no technicals. The second and third interview was the recruiter speaking on the job overview.
