I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Cincinnati, OH) in Apr 2017
Interview
A brief 45 minute conversation with a girl who sounded like she graduated college last year. It was very laid back. Average interview questions. It was over the phone.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
