Applied online and received an email to complete a virtual interview. The virtual interview consisted of 6-8 questions and was pretty straight forward. Days later, I was emailed to come in for an in person interview. I received a tour of the facility, shadowed for about 1-2 hours, and later interviewed with the unit managers. I received a call the next day from HR with an offer.

I think they are unprofessional and dont value your time. I interviewed for a position and even had an opportunity to shadow. Then they completely ghosted me. I was kind, respectful and bonded great with the staff. I know you have many applicants but at least send me an email or a call to let me know I didn’t get the job. I reached out multiple times via call and email and no response back. I just gave up.

Interview
It was a Teams meeting online with the manager. I got to introduce myself, the manager asked questions, and then had the chance to ask questions myself. The interview was easy and quick.

Tell me about yourself and why you chose this floor.
Interviewed with manager of unit for 30 minutes. Asked scenario questions and strengths/weaknesses and what I could contribute to the unit. Overall laid back and easy interview with very straightforward questions.
