North Sails interview questions

Great people, got to tour the facility. It was comfortable to speak with each employer. Interview lasted about 2 hours but left having learned a lot about the job process.

Brief. Basically got the job because I had experience, even though the busy season was ending. I might have been able to negotiate a higher wage, but honestly I was thrown off guard when I was offered the job that quickly.
