This was a two step interview process. The first interview was with the recruiter where we went over past experience. The second interview was with the hiring managers. The hiring managers asked more detailed questions about my experience and how I can apply it to the position at NAL. The recruiters made the interview process easy to follow and the hiring managers made the responsibilities of the position clear.
