I applied online (actually for a different position). NAL called me back and asked if I'd come in for an interview for the Engineering Technician position. I sat at one end of a table by myself, and across from me were five men, each asking questions. The setup was fairly stressful, but the people were really nice and made me feel at ease. It ended up not being a hard interview. I had done a lot of research from here (glassdoor.com) and from the company website and job description. After the interview portion, I got a long plant tour that was really interesting. Before I received the job offer, I had to take quite a few skills tests (language skills, math skills, mechanical skills, etc.)
