Nortec interview questions

Had three interviews. The hiring manager had no people skills. HR did not perform any clear functions except asking me if I got safety shoes for the plant. Hiring Managers questions were hard to hear and understand. He was all over the place. He was defensive and was speaking before thinking,

I found this company at an ASHRAE career fair and impressed the VP of Marketing. I was called back for an interview a month later, after I had graduated and a position had opened up at Nortec. The interview was around 45 minutes long, and focused more on my ability to communicate and give presentations then my technical skills. This job is a technical marketing position. To clarify, it was also important that I was aware of basic HVAC requirements and standards. I was called for a second interview two weeks afterwards, and was offered the position there. I did not negotiate my offer.
