Interview
They told me they were meeting me offsite at a hotel because they were going behind the back of the incumbent manager. Highly unprofessional to watch the interviewers gossip about an incumbent employee. After a 90 minute in person interview, they reviewed the compensation package with me, basically offering me the job. The next day he had the recruiter call and decline me. To say that this was an insulting experience is an understatement.

Tell me something about you that’s not on this resume.
The first interview was a phone interview to discuss qualifications and the job. The second in-person interview was with the Controller and (I believe the) COO. Both incredibly nice and transparent with the position and overall culture of the company.
