Overall, the interview experience was disappointing and felt poorly run.
The coding interview was for a UK-based team, but the interviewer was based in India, so there was no opportunity to meet someone I’d actually work with. While the interviewer was friendly, a poor internet connection meant their camera was off throughout.
The system design interview was with someone from the London team. Partway through, another person joined the call without introducing themselves, which felt unprofessional. Despite this, I felt I performed well overall.
After being rejected, the recruiter offered feedback via email or a call. I requested written feedback twice and was ghosted.
Based on this experience, I’d think twice before applying.

Question 1
leetcode style coding questions, in the easy/medium spectrum.
I applied online. I interviewed at Noon Academy (Riyadh) in Sept 2025
Interview
They're not serious about the interview, I wait in a Zoom meeting for 30 minutes and no one shows up, I don't receive any emails from them after that and they repost the job application again.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Noon Academy (Lahore) in Aug 2025
Interview
I interviewed earlier today for Cluster Associate at Noon Academy and I would share that experience + questions. I obviously haven’t heard on the outcome yet, but if I do proceed, God forbid I take this role. Never.
Before I move on to the questions, I would like to strongly highlight that this job, of a Cluster Associate, is a huge Red flag. Please don’t apply to it or take it unless you’re really struggling and require income. Otherwise the responsibilities required in this 1 role alone should be for atleasttt 3 people. 3 I say being ambitious.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
every question had continuous cross questioning.
1. Experience of setting up a digital or physical classroom. What were challenges.
2. What steps you’d take in identification of site and setting up of school?
3. Sequence of steps, what would each step involve. Talk about every possible frickin step. Be it hiring, infrastructure, procurement, finance, marketing. Because the interviewer will keep at this question.
4. What stages of this process should go hand in hand, and which element requires sole focus. Whether its hiring of staff members or community engagement for enrollment.
5. Timeline to accomplish all this.
6. The places are “kachhi abaadi, full of dust and mud”, how will you get there because we are not giving you transport.
7. How will you go about speaking to people in the area, its not easy. OFCOURSE ITS NOT EASY, ESPECIALLY IN PAKISTAN’S CULTURAL CONTEXT BEING A GIRL!
8. What would you do to convince parents for their kids’ enrollment. What would you keep on doing to convince them if they don’t agree.
9. Solve case study involving both a quick analysis and Math bit. A budget airline wants to expand into business class, a) is it a good decision b) if yes, how to do it. We only covered the analysis part so talk about all sorts of cost analysis, market analysis, competitors, existing revenue structure, business class flight slots at the airport etc. idk if a MECE framework is relevant here but wouldn’t hurt to mention, I did anyways.
