The interview process was smooth, well-organized, and enjoyable. The interviewers were friendly, professional, and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere that made it easy to communicate and share my experience confidently.

Interview
The people checking interviewees in were nice and welcoming, however the interviewers themself were openly bias, with one speaking local dialects with a fellow applicant.
I was the 5th in a group of 6, with the sixth person being a female. One of the interviewer ushered herin before me.
Another interviewer collected an applicant's phone number after the interview, seems they came from the same region because they switched to some dialect upon noticing I was looking at them.
My friend who had his interview a day before mine was asked by a staff in the elevator if he knew someone at NNPC and when he said, "No", .....
The questions were cheap but it was obvious the process was extremely manipulated.
I'd suggest a more if not completely computerized approach. The human element made nepotism and favouritism.

Simple and enjoyable. Just be confident before the panel and you will do well.
Located in Abuja, Nigeria. Think about your skills and less about the company. That's basically it.
