2 part interview; first part very basic walking through your resume. second part much more interesting to see how you think on your feet and getting to know your personality. I enjoyed it.

A friend referred me. I sent my resume and was invited in for an in-person interview the next week. Had a quick, good conversation with the CEO and had to send in a paragraph about why he should hire me. I was offered a 3-month internship and accepted to start the following Monday.
