Next Insurance interview questions

Ghosted twice. Contacted by recruiter to schedule an interview, interviewer never showed, or said they'd be late/need to reschedule. Got an email to schedule the interview again, I did, and same exact thing happened. Never heard from them again. I can only assume incredibly poorly run company that treats their employees terribly if that's how they treat candidates. Fool me once...

Long and unnecessary, more than 3 interviews for a basic position and they just keep trying to pile it on. It takes too much time and is not worth the effort in the end
