I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at New York Life in Mar 2016
Interview
Very easy to get hired as they hire anybody. First she sits with you and tell you why it's the best thing to work for the company, then she tells you how you get compensated then she hires you.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They don't ask much questions, they just tell you and try to sell you the company and job.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at New York Life (Jacksonville, FL) in May 2026
Interview
Did a phone interview, vague on offering to try and get you in the door for a F2F. Skeptical towards moving forward due to lack of upfront information and information found online for the fast track to management position.
Super easy interview process that focuses more on you asking questions rather than getting interviewed. If you want this job make sure you spend time asking questions about the company and learning more about the role. Also just realize.

Initial meeting is to understand the prospective hire and meet the recruiting team and other principals. Second meeting is with CEO to get a marketing study completed along with some company history.
