Multiple rounds, a lot about interests and books/movies, focused on why asset management. They didn’t really want a pitch or views on current events, more on potential fit and longer term career aspirations
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Neuberger (London, England) in May 2018
Interview
online CV submission, telephone interview and a final assessment center. The assessment center consisted of a company presentation, followed by 3 interviews (all pretty similar) and then a presentation or test (depending on the role). If you are expected to present, you will be told prior to the assessment day.
