Interview
It was very lengthy process , took around 3 months. each discussion or interview session almost one month gap. Initially started with overview session , then 2 technical test , one is English language proficiency test , then IQ.. then second review session on phone, then after a month there is a technical interview on Skype

It was totally irrelevant , person who was taking the interview he is not from portal (SharePoint ) background, he was Exchange lead , All of his questions was related to network or system administration, interview was 40 minutes , And all the technical question from exchange or network..
