I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé (Sydney) in Jun 2011
Interview
Was an internal transfer from another country. However my initial interview was fair and I was very satisfied. No games of trick questions just a frank and honest discussion. The process tool a while but no big issue as they wanted to be sure and so did I. This benefited both parties.
