Everyone in this interview process was nice. The structure was pretty ordinary (hiring manager, employee panel, director) . And they moved quickly! Some red flags on professional conduct though. I was asked to provide uncompensated consultation on how their website could be improved, and it was the only time I saw someone write something down actually. The employees spoke shadily about the director and the director called the hiring manager a micromanager, literally. The director was also very unprepared for the interview, after greeting each other I almost had to kick off the interview. They were also interested in things I specifically stated I supported past coworkers on, not things I did myself or described in my application materials, thought that was odd. Also they never discussed salary, ever.
