Navi Group interview questions

The recruitment was led by an outside agency and consisted of 3 rounds of interviews. 1. General Discussion with the Manager you will be working with. If successful: 2. Technical Interview with the team if Successful: 3. Culture fit interview with HR, Technical Director and Manager I got to round 3 and was told prior to this that everything was neck and neck with another candidate. However when I turned up I was only interviewed by the HR person. Alarm bells were ringing when the other 2 interviewers didn't attend. Just told, "oh they're busy" Feedback was quick, next day but didn't make sense as they said it was down to Technical Experience. Which was at complete odds to what was said earlier. Be careful - I wasted three 1/2 days to go through the process and be excluded on Technical Experinece which should have been evident at round 1, if not then definately round 2.
