Just over a three-hour workshop that includes a group task, an hour of commercial strategy planning, followed by a 15-minute presentation, an hour competancy interview, plus a final 15 minute presentation and 15 minutes of questions. I successfully interviewed for this and very much enjoyed the experience, but some may consider it overwhelming. I've also been on the other side, conducting five interview workshops, which is equally as enjoyable.
