I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at National Quality Forum in Oct 2023
Interview
I was contacted by HR about a week after I submitted my application. The phone screening was conducted by a nice lady, typical interview questions were asked. It lasted about 10min.
About 2-3 working days, I got an email to move forward with a zoom interview with one of the directors, who was also very easygoing, the interview was more about getting to know my background.
I got an email to move to the next phase that same day. It was another zoom interview this time with another director and an associate, I believe. The interview felt more like an interrogation than a way of knowing about my experience. They bombarded me with questions for about 40min. When it was my turn to ask questions, they became uncomfortable and gave irrelevant answers. At the end, I was told that HR would notify me with the final decision by the end of the week but I never heard anything until I reached out and they took about 2 weeks to let me know that I was not selected.

Question 1
Tell us about a moment when you had to make a quick decision under restricted circumstances
They have a pretty straight forward and standard behavioral interview questions--some specific with regards to research. Long wait time between two interviews, writing brief was done, then ghosted after third interview!
