I applied online. I interviewed at National Council for Behavioral Health in May 2017
Interview
In total I had a phone screen, two interviews and a writing assessment. According to a review the HR department all quit so I was contacted through an HR agency of sorts months after I had applied. We agreed to one time, they emailed me again to change times, and then the HR manager missed the rescheduled screening. Eventually we talk and she puts me through to the next round, I have a call (skype technical difficulties) with the head of the department, on to the next round of the writing assessment and final interview. I thought everything had gone well and was told a decision would be made within two weeks. Over a month later, and aside from a curt one sentence reply to a followup email, I have received no notification about the position, and it is still listed on their website. Doesn't seem like I missed much based on the reviews.

Interview
Phone screen, 1st interview, 2nd interview. They are all about 2 weeks apart and are your pretty standard interview questions. After your 2nd interview you can expect to hear back within the next 2/3 weeks.

Interview
A long interview process (phone screen, 2 interviews and 1 assignment), but overall the communication was efficient, timely and friendly. Experience will likely depend on who the hiring manager is.
