Delightful! Timely response to application submission, easy interview environment that emphasized two-way interviewing of the potential employee and the potential employers. Questions were relevant but not intrusive as it was an initial screening, the interviewer laid out the next steps and clearly said when I should expect to hear from them to notify me of my progress.
