Terrible interview screening process via call from a recruiter. The process was not smooth, a lot of back and forth to get a phone call arranged. The call itself was carried out in an unprofessional and one sided manner. Please provide training for your recruiting staff to improve on this as you are wasting peoples time and turning people off this company.
