With the 1st call only I get to know that interview in this company will not only be the result of your experience and skills but it would be your attitude which will leads you to the 1st round of interview. Then the usual routine started with the filter based on your skills, experience & most important your approach towards the job and your work.
After the initial two HR rounds the technical round happened with a Manager who was handling sales and marketing which constituted all the necessary and expected questions based on your skills and the job responsibilities mentioned for the role. After this they again conducted my interview with the Higher management and then there was all the unexpected important questions were asked which indicated that the person is done with my skills and experience but want to know my approach and way to solve any problem, am I compatible with the environment they are visioning and the culture for which everyone is working there.
The HR rounds were a clear screenshot that they are going to take care of yours need as well, i.e they will first consider your priorities and then gives you a final appointment letter based on the negotiations and your availability.
Overall the interview conducted was not just because of the opening but it was also considering your interpersonal skills and soft skills.
