Interview
Process consist of 3 rounds.
1. Aptitude and Programming questions. This is the only round which is quite difficult as compare to another.
2. Manager/TL round. They will just check your basic and your self confidence.
3. Company Director round. It is just a formality he just want know the person the background.

Interview
Hired on the spot after a 2 hour work experience. District manager asked me some general questions then made a hiring decision. The work experience involved me working on the buffet and replacing pizzas as need. My personality was tested by yelling out :Hi, Welcome to CiCi's" when people came in and "Bye, Thank you" when people left.
