2 step process - 1st a detailed screening, where everything on the CV was cross checked (they do it very smartly) and then 2 nd step a 90 min interview with 3 senor managers, thsi was all situational and I was given some 14 situations / scenarios / problems and had to explian thenm the thought/ deisgn process etc.
