NHS Scotland interview questions

I had a test with NHS Scotland, which was quite simple and direct. The first round was a test, where they looked for technical skills, can use Python, SQL, Excel, or Power BI. They gave me printed tables A,B and C, where C is the cleaned data. The question is to explain the possible steps used to get Table C from Tables A and B. Can use any tool, Python, SQL, Power BI, etc..
