I applied online. I interviewed at NHS in Jan 2022
Interview
It was good. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed to start off with. There was 2 people interviewing. Asked general questions about support work, safe guarding, and patient safety. I was able to answer all the questions confidently.
Much less intimidating than I thought, very humane and they made me feel at ease. I felt well supported throughout and never felt like they were trying to catch me out. The conversation flowed easily and they gave me plenty of time so I didn’t feel rushed.

asked quite difficult questions so be cautious and communicate well
Not a bad experience. It was smooth as questions asked were something I had prepared for, so it was a smooth process for me. The interviewers were also very friendly and make the experience good too
