Video interview, given scenario and a number of questions to answer by various methods e.g. video, long-form answer or multiple choice ranking. To say it was a HR graduate scheme I applied for, questions did not seem to suit or seem very applicable to HR. Appeared to be a general video interview for each scheme - not a very tailored approach.
