I have done a zoom interview, I was asked about scenario questions, like FGM, PPH management.
After they give ctg scenario and they ask me what management you need to do.at the end it was a basic question,
A panel of interviewers, questions about problem solving, escalation, communication and practical questions on emergency management. Bring the trust values into each of your answers. Discuss national reports and recommendations, and how you apply these to your role. Show experience of quality improvement and innovation.
Applied and interviewed within 6 weeks. Questions and practical assessment as part of the interview. 4 panelist’s who were kind and friendly. Still very nerve wracking. 5 people interviewed for 2 jobs
