The interview process with Near consisted of two rounds. The first round was a business case interview designed to assess analytical thinking, problem-solving approach, and communication skills. It required interpreting data, structuring a response to a strategic challenge, and presenting clear recommendations. The second round focused on behavioural and fit-based questions, exploring past experiences, motivation for the role, and alignment with Near’s values and culture. This round also tested soft skills such as collaboration, adaptability, and stakeholder communication.
