3 Step process. First was a meet and greet style, second was a technical and third was a competency style. All clear and well ran. Final chat with CEO after these stages.
There was a three step interview. One informal relaxed introduction meeting with team lead. Second more technical and formal interview. Then a third and final cultural fit interview. Very good process and it felt smooth and well planned
